XCR at the Cruden Farm 12km cross country course saw a repeat of the podiums from Bendigo with Andy Buchanan taking the top spot alongside Andre Waring and Seth O’Donnell, as did Georgia Hansen ahead of Melissa Duncan and Rachel McGuinness.

Plenty of action for Aussies at the Oslo Diamond League, with Jack Rayner setting a new 5000m personal best of 13:06.00 to move into #3 on the all-time list, as well as World Championship Qualifier. Rose Davies in the women’s 5000m ran 15:20.37.
Catriona Bisset posted another season’s best of 1:59.42 for 6th in the women’s 800m.
In the Dream Mile, Oliver Hoare set a new National & Oceania Record 3:47.48, placing second behind winner Jakob Ingebrigsten who narrowly missed the European Record. Matt Ramsden was also in the race, coming 10th in 3:57.11
