Timothy Kattam of Kenya was the winner of the 2024 Gold Coast Marathon in 2:08:51, ahead of Belay Tilahun of Ethiopia and Kiyoshi Koga of Japan. Liam Boudin was the first Australian 2:13:56. Yuki Nakamura of Japan was first woman across the line in a new course record time of 2:24:22 with Kumeshi Sichala of Ethiopia second and Visiline Jepkosho of Kenya third, Sarah Klein first Australian in 2:31:55.Andy Buchanan 1:02:25, Isaac Heyne 1:02:27 for second and the SA State record with Shunsuke Shikama of Japan third in 1:02:28.
