The World Cross Country Trials at Stromlo Park took part, where the first 3 finishers in the Open 10k races secured automatic selections. Jack Rayner took it out after Matt Ramsden took the initiative early, with Brett Robinson coming third. Rorey Hunter, Andy Buchanan and Jackson Sharpe followed in the subsequent places, while their spots on the team are in contention. Rose Davies evened the score taking line honours ahead of Leanne Pompeani and Caitlin Adams. Erchana Murray-Bartlett is out running “Tip to Toe”, running a world record 155 consecutive marathons from Cape York Peninsula, Queensland all the way to Melbourne Victoria to raise funds for the Wilderness Society and to raise awareness about Australia’s wildlife facing the threat of extinction. Julian airs his grievances with the holiday season, his shorts and the reaction to the Tempo photoshoot.Brad preserves his body for his new years resolution.Brady justifies the high mileage approach.
The boys then review their year, giving it a rating and overview, recount their favourite race of the year and the shoe they had most fun in.
