Leanne Pompeani joins the show to chat fresh off her victory at the Gold Coast Half Marathon about navigating her European campaign, what she’s planning for the year ahead and the ASICS shoes she’s been training and racing in. 


Jess Hull ran a new National and Oceania 1500m Record of 3:50.83, well clear of her previous mark and 5th fastest of all time, chasing winner and World Record holder Faith Kipyegon who ran 3:49.04 at the Paris Diamond League. Jess is now the 5th fastest woman ever in the 1500m.Linden Hall also ran a new personal best of 3:56.40 to place fourth behind Laura Muir.
Stewy McSweyn returned to form running 7:29.46 in the men’s 3000m, while Djamel Sedjati of Algeria took out a stacked 800m in a World Lead time of 1:41.56.

Jess Hull continued the momentum at the Monaco Diamond League setting a World Record of 5:19.70 in the 2000m. Georgia Griffith ran 5:28.82 for fifth place
Daniel Sedjati of Algeria World Lead time of 1:41.46. Jakob Ingebrigsten also set a World Lead and European Record in the 1500m of 3:26.73, while Olli Hoare ran 3:31.07 for a season’s best. Lauren Ryan ran 15:22.03 in the 5000m.

Linden Hall runs 1:59.72 and Sarah Billings 2:00.22 in the 800m in Italy, while in the 1500m Claudia Hollingsworth 4:03.95, Rose Davies 4:06.33 and Izzy Batt-Doyle 4:08.48
