Brady recaps his day at the Ballarat Marathon, taking us through his mindset and the atmosphere of the maiden event to run a personal best of 2:19:40.
Brad puts his biggest week of mileage as he continues his journey on the mend.
Julian finally returns to the show, though not without a few hiccups.  

 

Tom Do Canto took out the inaugural Ballarat Marathon in 2:17:04, with Brady second and Callum Drake third in 2:22:49. Ella McCartney was the marathon winner in 2:40:55, with Jessica Willis second in 2:48:38 with Kellie Angel third 2:48:47.
Reece Edwards won the half marathon in 1:05:27 ahead of Archie Reid and Kieren Perkins, while Tara Palm won in 1:12:48 ahead of Gemma Maini and Ella Higgins.
Melissa Duncan and Riley Cocks were each the winners of the 10k, Dale Carrol was the winner of the 5km and Paul Robinson won the road Mile.
Zoe Buckman won both the 5k and the Mile, with Olga Firsova placing second in both.

Gen Gregson 4th 71:39 at the Gifu Half Marathon, Japan while Brett Robinson runs 1:03:42 for 11th.

Andy Buchanan 2:08:58 for 11th place at the Hamburg Marathon, elevating him as the 7th fastest Australian all time but missing the Olympic Qualifier. Ryan Gregson ran 2:18:53 while Ellie Pashley gave it a go in 2:29:58. The race was won by Bernard Koech in 2:04:24, and debutant Irine Cheptai in 2:18:21.

Emmanuel Wanyonyi sets a new Road Mile World Record of  3:54.50 ahead of previous holder Hobbs Kessler at the Adidas Road to Records Adizero.

Rose Davies secures an Olympic Qualifying time of 14:47.86 and third fastest all-time at the Suzhou Diamond League 5000m, with Lauren Ryan in 14:58.69, Izzy Batt-Doyle in 15:06 and Maudie Skyring running 15:12. Alemeshete Mekedes of Ethiopia won in 14:36.
In the men’s 5000m, Morgan McDonald ran 13:18.65 and Jack Rayner 13:19.57 with Selemon Barega of Ethiopia taking it out in 12:55.68.

Cara Feain-Ryan ran 9:31.68 in the 3000m Steeplechase.

Oli Hoare at Penn Relays 3:51.28 Mile, narrowly missing the Olympic Qualifier and coming second behind OAC teammate Yared Nuguse.
