Pat Tiernan runs 2:07:45 for fourth place at the Houston Marathon, 2nd all time fastest Australian and a 2024 Olympic Qualifier. The race was won by Zouhair Tabir of Morocco in 2:06:39 and Rahma Tusa Chota of Ethiopia in 2:19:33. Jemal Yimer won the half marathon over Wesley Kiptoo by a second and Sutume Kebede beat Helen Obiri,
