NSW 10000m Championships at the 2020 Bankstown Interclub was taken out by Ed Goddard in 28:45 over Kieren Tall and Ben St. Lawrence.
Lauren Reid won the women’s race over Marnie Ponton and Aynslee Van Graan in her debut.

South Australia hosted their own state 10000m Championships with Izzi Batt-Doyle winning in 32:13.04 over Jess Stenson & Tara Palm. In the Men's race it was Jacob Cocks 30:36.91 taking line honours with Bryn Nicholls and Harrison Bagley on the podium.
