Jess Pascoe is this week’s guest, an up and coming NCAA Cross Country runner out of Forbes, NSW. She chats with Brad about growing up as “the runner of town” and developing her passion in Little Aths before being recruited by the University of Florida where she now competes. Jess recounts the transition period adjusting to the changes in coaching and mileage, before explaining how the NCAA Cross Country season works as well as how she balances training with student life. She talks about training under Chris Salinsky, the first non-African to break 27 minutes for 10k and what her goals are for the season ahead.
