Australian 10000m record holder Ben St Lawrence steps in this week, coming off Sydney Harbour 10k and walking us through his weekly routine running in Katoomba before leading a Nike Zoom Camp in Sydney, and explains how it came about.

Brad takes out the High Noon 5000m coming off his highest week in mileage and no specific training.

Brady comes 3rd in the Vic 15k Championship in Ballarat before heading into a full training block ahead of Berlin Marathon.

Sinead Diver is this week’s guest who chats with Brady about her recent hot form in 2018 thus far, including World Half Marathon Championships Valencia, and multiple 10k road races around Australia. Sinead talks about her humble origins getting running through corporate cup and introduction to Crosbie Crew and South Melbourne Athletic Club, progressing into racing. She discusses young life in Belmullet, Ireland and contemplates the sliding doors moment if she had taken to running as a junior athlete.

Sinead talks about her progression through running into her debut marathon in Melbourne 2014 and how it lead to representing Australia at the 2015 Athletics World Championship in Beijing. She talks candidly about her lead up and performance and turning it around into running a personal best at Nagoya the following year, once again booking her ticket to represent Australia at London in the marathon. Sinead then goes through a typical week balancing training, work and family, how it’s changed before rounding out with her career highlights and future goals.
