Brad starts the week slowly before finishing strong on the Stromlo Trails with the Telford, with the view to a hitout on the Sydney:10 in a few weeks time.
Julian battles with his own body firstly with a sore back and then with a plantar cutting his long run short. Along the way he’s starstruck firstly by an Aussie Rules footy legend and then by the level of talent at Jells Park XC relays before representing Ballarat for the season opener.
Brady puts in another solid Quarters session before the long bus ride to the Jells Park XC Relays, putting in a solid time to get Bendigo the win in their division and ending the week to with teammate Andrew Buchanan before watching the London Marathon.
