Stewy McSweyn solidifies his place in running history after setting a new 3000m National Record of 7:28:02, breaking Craig Mottram’s time by 4 seconds at Rome Diamond League. Matt Ramsden placed 7th 7:48.08, Ryan Gregson 10th in 7:53.65

Earlier in the week the trio ran the 1500m at the 70th Hanžeković Memorial in Zagreb, Croatia. McSweyn took it out with a dominant 3:32.17, Ramsden coming 3rd in a PB of 3:34.83 and Gregson 5th in 3:35.22.
